At Elite Professional Services we strive to deliver reliable and professional real estate solutions. All service charges, consultancy fees, or commissions once paid are non-refundable, as our services involve time, expertise, and resources dedicated to each client. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases, such as double payment due to technical error, or if a service was not initiated by our team after receiving payment. In such cases, clients must submit a written request within 7 working days of the transaction, along with valid proof of payment. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original mode of payment within 10–15 working days. Please note that payments made for government charges, registration fees, stamp duty, taxes, or third-party expenses are strictly non-refundable. By engaging our services and making payment, clients agree to this Refund Policy.
